Raleigh Office
Dr. Lapp sees established patients two days each month in his Raleigh office, as a convenience to patients in the Triangle Area, the eastern shore, and the eastern seaboard.
The office is centrally located on the campus of Duke Health Raleigh Hospital (previously Raleigh Community Hospital), which is located off the northern beltline (I-440, Exit 10) at Wake Forest Road.
Dr. Lapp sees patients at Piedmont Medical Associates, located in Medical Office Building 2-C, directly behind the hospital.
